At See’s Candies Australia, we love our chocolates and want you to love them too. 💛 If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with a See’s product purchased directly from us or one of our authorised Australian sellers, we’ll gladly offer you a replacement or refund.
Our Promise
Every See’s candy is made with the finest ingredients and no added preservatives, which means they’re best enjoyed fresh. Because of this, and due to the perishable and heat-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot guarantee product freshness for items shipped outside Australia, to PO boxes, or to parcel lockers.
Please note that our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through a See’s Candies Australia store or through our website at seescandies.com.au. We cannot extend this guarantee to products bought from unauthorised resellers, third-party marketplaces, or unverified online stores.
How It Works
To request a return, replacement, or refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee, please contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of purchase.
You can reach us through the contact form on the website, via email at management@seescandies.com.au or by returning your product to your nearest See’s Candies Australia shop.
Please be ready to provide:
- Your full name, address, and contact details
- A brief description of the issue or reason you’re unsatisfied
- The date and place of purchase
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- Additional information or photos might be requested
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, we’ll arrange for either a refund or a replacement.
