At See’s Candies Australia, we love our chocolates and want you to love them too. If you're not satisfied with a See's product purchased directly from us, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We'll gladly work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement or refund, subject to our standard terms and conditions.
- If you have purchased your product via our online store, please review our online policy below.
- If you’ve purchased your product at a store location, please take it back to the store within 1-3 days so that a store representative may help you.
Please note that our return policy only applies to purchases made directly through a See’s Candies Australia store or through our website at seescandies.com.au. We cannot accept returns for products bought from US or other oversea locations, unauthorised resellers, third-party marketplaces, or unverified online stores.
Our Promise
Every See’s candy is made with the finest ingredients and no added preservatives, which means they’re best enjoyed fresh. Because of this, and due to the perishable and heat-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot guarantee product freshness for items shipped outside Australia, to PO boxes, or to parcel lockers.
Online Return Policy
Please note that See’s Candies Australia strives to bring you quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. If you’ve purchased a product from our online store please ensure the following;
- Before completing your online purchase, ensure that you selected the correct product(s),
- Once delivered, verify if your product(s) have been opened or damaged,
- If the product(s) received have any damages, defects, or is missing items, you must report it management@seescandies.com.au within three (3) days from the date you received the product(s). Please ensure to take photos of the issues in question, so that it can be presented to the shipping carrier.
